Starting the Return Process

Details:

  • Make sure the backpacks stay clean and unused and come with all of their original tags and packing.
  • We are happy to take back items within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Do these things:

  • If you need help with your return, please email us at support@balolife.shop. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your message.
  • You'll get clear instructions on how to send the item back, including the address for your return.

How to Get Your Money Back

Returns via Shipping:

  • Customers usually have to pay for return postage unless the item is broken or there was a mistake with the order.
  • When you need them, you will get detailed instructions and a return shipping label.

We have officially confirmed your return:

  • We will send you a confirmation email, usually within 24 hours, once we have received and looked over your return.
  • We will handle your refund within seven days of getting and checking the return.
  • Please give the return seven more business days to show up in your bank or credit card account.

Looking into coverage scenarios

Clients that aren't happy:

  • Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping.
  • Refunds will only cover the cost of the item, not the shipping costs.

Product that doesn't work:

  • Please send pictures of the problem to support@balolife.shop.
  • We will send you a return label as soon as we have the item. Please read everything carefully, and we will quickly provide you a complete refund.

Package that was damaged:

  • Take pictures of the damage and get in touch with us right away.
  • We will work closely with the carrier to fix the problem and make sure that a replacement or refund is given if necessary.

Wrong Item:

  • Please email us at support@balolife.shop with the details of your problem so we can help you.
  • We'll take care of the return label for you. As soon as we receive the wrong item, we'll either send the right one right away or start the refund process.

Your order hasn't come yet:

  • Please contact us if your order doesn't come on time.
  • We will do a full review and give you your money back if we need to.

Rules for canceling

  • If you need to cancel your order, please email support@balolife.shop.
  • If you cancel your order before it ships, you won't have to pay any fees.

  • We will process refunds within seven days of getting the item back and finishing our inspection.
  • If you ask for a refund, it will be put back into your account within seven business days of the procedure being finished.
